Abuse Of This Site

1. registering for an account with a fictitious name and false information.
2. participating in shill bidding to drive the sale price of an item higher.
3. contacting other members with unsolicited offers.
4. listing items that are not allowed.
5. listing items that are in violation of any governmental laws.
6. using profane language in item descriptions.
7. harassing other members.
8. leaving unfair feedback for other members.
9. buyers failing to pay for an item.
10. sellers failing to ship a paid for item or deliver the item as described.
11. listing an item in the wrong category.
12. not paying your AntiqueSpider invoices. (Sellers only).
13. putting competitive website addresses in your listing.
14. selling an item off the site to avoid paying AntiqueSpider its due fees.
15. failing to comply with our general terms and agreement for site usage.

FEEDBACK ABUSE - Feedback comments containing any of the following are not permitted:

1. Links or scripts
2. References to AntiqueSpider investigation
3. Negative statements left for a buyer that conflict with the positive rating
4. Personally identifying information about another member, including real name, address, phone number, or email address
5. Political, religious, or social commentary rather than a genuine comment about the transaction
6. The comment, reply, or follow up references a completely separate transaction or unrelated  experience
7. Profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language, or pornographic material
8. Inflammatory language, such as fraud, liar, cheater, scam artist, con man, while strongly discouraged, will not be removed unless found to be in violation of one of the above guidelines
   
   Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including: Listing cancellation, Limits on account privileges, Account suspension, Forfeit of AntiqueSpider fees on cancelled listings, Loss of Platinum Seller status, Feedback rating and/or comment removal.

UNPAID ITEM ABUSE >>
AntiqueSpider's policy does not permit members to abuse the Unpaid Item process. Sellers may not file for a commission fee credit on a transaction where the buyer paid for the item. If a seller filed for a credit on a transaction that was completed, please contact us so we can investigate the situation. Sellers who falsely report Unpaid Items may be subject to a range of actions, including:

1. Reversal of all credits for the time period in question
2. Loss of the right to use the Final Value Fee Credit system for a period of time
3. Account suspension
4. Forfeit of AntiqueSpider fees on cancelled listings
5. Loss of Platinum Verified Seller status
