| Leaving
Feedback - Feedback is an important part of building a reputation
within the AntiqueSpider community, both as a buyer and a seller. It’s
made up of comments and ratings left by other members you’ve bought
from and sold to. Feedback is permanent. Users that abuse the feedback
function may be permanently banned from AntiqueSpider. |
| To leave feedback you
must first complete a transaction with another user. Users can leave positive,
neutral or negative feedback for each other. |
From
the My Account control panel, heading 6, Feedback, there are two options;
(1) My feedback; and (2) Leave feedback. |
| My
feedback allows you to view all the feedback comments left by others. The
user's name, the comment, the item #, and positive, neutral, or negative
score display on this page. |
| Leave
feedback allows you to leave feedback for users that you completed a transaction
with. A list of item transactions are displayed with the option of leaving
feedback for each. |
| Optional
locations on the site one may complete the open feedback function: Sellers
& Buyers can review invoices for purchases and sales under heading 5,
Invoices. From these pages, one may view a list of transactions. The option
of leaving feedback on items that you have not left feedback for is available. |
