All users, both a "seller" or "registered user" that register before June 05, 2009 are automatically entered into this contest. Prize is a $1,000.00 GIFT CERTIFICATE towards the purchase of any item(s) listed on this site ! Conditions: One person will be selected using an old fashioned drawing method on June 05, 2009. All registered users qualify. The drawing will be conducted using the following method: AntiqueSpider will print out the names of each registered user on individual 2" x 2" cards. The cards will all be folded in a similar manner and placed in a large bowl. AntiqueSpider will then pull ONE name card from the bowl. The name on that card is the winner of this contest. Eligibility: Registered user must be 18 years old to qualify for this offer. The registered user must only have one account using their real name, email, billing address, and telephone number. All registered users (including sellers) are qualified to win this contest. Any registrant with multiple registrations, using different email accounts, fake names, etc., will be disqualified and have their AntiqueSpider account permanently terminated. We have sophisticated means of collecting information about registrants that can help us determine if a user is trying to manipulate the outcome of this contest. We reserve the right to decide if a user is manipulating our system. This contest is governed by the state of New York and any laws that may apply. Gift certificate must be used toward the purchase of any item on this site offered by all registered sellers in good standing. The gift certificate has no cash value. The certificate can be used for single purchases of several items with a total purchase price of $1000 or more or for one item with a purchase price of $1000 or more. Winner of this contest is solely responsible to pay the seller for any overage of an item, i.e., if the item cost $5000, the winner of this contest can use the $1,000 certificate towards that item but must pay the balance by whatever method agreed upon by the seller and winner in advance. Winner will be notified by email and must claim the prize within 30 days of the email notice being sent. AntiqueSpider will attempt to call the winner only one time and send one notice via US registered Mail return receipt. Failure to make your claim in writing with proof of that claim, i.e., a returned email from AntiqueSpider, will result in forfeiture of your prize and the contest will be terminated without a winner.

Promotion Three As Advertised In The Bee

April 15th, 2009, AntiqueSpider will draw 30 registered sellers' names. The winners will be assisted with the complete creation and listing of up to 30 items for each seller. Sellers with their own websites can have their items transferred to the AntiqueSpider site. We do all the technical work. Winners with no website will be assisted with photo transfers and building descriptions to create more competitive and well composed listings.
In an effort to populate the site with sellable goods we want to assist new users in creating their stores on AntiqueSpider.
Note: Registered users that are not offering items for sale are "Registered Users" only and are not eligible to win the drawing for Promotion Two. Sellers are eligible to win either one of the two offers because they are both "Registered Users" and "Sellers". They are not eligible to win both offers, however. The drawing for Offer One will be held prior to the drawing for Offer Two. If a seller wins Offer One, and then miraculously wins Offer Two as well, we will invalidate his win for drawing Offer Two.
